September is posting month!

It's nice to see more posting on my flist! People seem to be doing a post every day in September thing. I don't know if I'll do that, but I'm posting now. I have a feeling that if I do every day, a lot of them will sound a bit like Andy Rooney's commentaries, only not as entertaining.

He once did a whole thing about the difference between whole milk, 2% milk and skim milk. His conclusion was that he preferred half & half. Me too. Half & half is awesome, and it lasts a long time in the fridge.

Half & half IS awesome. I came to Seattle accustomed to using the 2% milk that tended to be on the counters at Panera and such on the East Coast. It amazed me to find half & half everywhere here. Yum. There's no going back.

Yes! I use it for just about everything I would use milk for. It tastes much better. I don't use much, so it's great that it keeps for a really long time. Milk always turns before I can use it all.
