capnzebbieI made this! It's a buche de noelle (yule log cake). Flourless chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse, frosted with whipped chocolate ganache, and decorated with meringue mushrooms. Not quite as pretty as some of the pics online, but I think it's pretty good for a first try :)
