My weird new work schedule

One week I'll work M-F Noon-9PM. The next week I'll work 9A-6P Tu-Fr, then on those Saturdays I will alternate 7A-4P one week and Noon-9PM the other week. Except that we still have mandatory overtime so on my 9-6 weeks I'll have to stay late, and on my 12-9 weeks I'll have to come in early. The goal of all this is to make sure that no one always has to work the late shift and no one always has to work Saturday. This is actually okay, because I've been the one to work Saturdays and the late shift all the time.
I don't know how long it's going to last. I have calendars posted at home and at work to help me keep track of all this. They look like this:
