One week and counting

I've been doing the low carb for one week (and one day), and I've lost ten pounds. I told my dad I had lost ten pounds and he asked me where I had lost it (ha! he thinks he's soooo funny) and I said, "My ankles." He thought that was a hoot, but really, I think about three pounds came off my ankles. It's nice to be able to sit at the computer without getting elephant ankles from it.

Don't you just love the induction diet? The weight just falls off for a couple of weeks. Then I have to settle in for the long haul.

YaY for you! I will not tell you how crappy I've done, instead, I'm going to bask in your goodness!

Yay! for induction. That's what going LC does to you... gets rid of all the water. Ultimately, I think one of the biggest advantages is that it controls your blood sugar and therefore your hunger. Go you!

Thanks! I'm really pleased. I had reached a point where I was hungry all the time--I mean all the time. I'm so much better now. I love ketosis. :)
