capnzebbiefor another video as I was driving home today, listening to one of my favorite albums. I want to vid The Ruling Class. Has anyone ever seen that movie? It stars Peter O'Toole and a bunch of British people whom you would probably recognize but wouldn't know their names (at least that's how it is for me).
It opens with a British earl accidentally killing himself through autoerotic asphyxiation. This leave Peter O'Toole as the next earl. He's pretty much a nutjob. He believes that he's Christ. The first part of the movie is spent trying to determine if he's curable. Then they cure him, and things get much, much worse.
It's hilariously funny, except for the brutal murders. AND it's a musical, so there's singing and dancing! Upper crust British people at a fox hunt talking about the state of the British justice system, then breaking into song and dance. "Disconnect dem bones, dem dry bones. Now, hear the word of the Lord!" That's some funny shit, man. *g* I love that movie. Yeah, I think I'll use it for a vid.
