SV dvd

Yay! My Smallville S2 dvd arrived today! When I got home from work the amazon.com package was sitting on the table, and I started singing, "Saaave me!" because I am a dweeby Smallville fangirl.

On the low-carb front, I have now lost 15 pounds. Tomorrow marks four weeks on the program. My blood sugar is much, much better. I'm trying to incorporate regular exercise into my days, but so far I'm just managing to do it about two or three days a week. I'll do better, I know. I truly enjoy exercising once I get started. It's just a matter of getting off my ass (or out of my bed, really) and starting.

Yay, you're back.

Congrats on the pounds. Keep up the good work.

Is there someone you can walk with (or whatever you do to excercise)? I find that that is the best motivator.

I work out on a Nordic Track crosstrainer and walk on a treadmill. In my house. With headphones on. And my eyes closed. I'm such an antisocial exerciser. I've tried classes and partners, but they just don't work for me, sadly. I enjoy tuning out the world and just listening to music and feeling what's happening in my body while I exercise. I've just gotta get up and do it! Your encouragement means a lot to me-Thanks! :)

Funny. I was just thinking how antisocial I've been lately and I just want to excercise in my house! Usually, though, I prefer having a meeting time to get me out and about. :)
