Okay, now I'm really annoyed. There is an interview with AlMiles at the Spiderman II premiere here (scroll down) in which they discuss what's coming up for season 4 of Smallville. What's coming up? "We have a new boyfriend for Lana, and a new look for Lana." Clark? Lex? Who dat? This is Lanaville we're talking about.

Darkemerald over on TWoP said that maybe they didn't want to talk about anyone else because everyone else's fate was kind of ambiguous at the end of the season finale. I'm going to cling to that notion.
