Wow!! First of all, the music is perfect! Your opening sequence was incredible--and the way the clips match up to the music, the words, was amazing. To me, the ending showed how Lex's world is the opposite of what it should have been, or could have been--just so sad, so sad!

Oh, wow! *speechless* There are so many things I love about this I don't know where to start. The way you used Lionel and Lillian as the 'monsters' and 'angels', the way it was all framed from Lex's pov, the fact that you managed to use him braking out of that sac think without it looking ridiculous, the BABY bit! the sweeping opening, the texture! Gah!

I've been dying to start seeing some big 'epic' Lex-as-villain pieces. And you've created something here that I could not have imagined myself--always a thrilling experience as a watcher.

But I thought it worked pretty well with the other torture scenes. :) And the BABY bit is actually one of my favorite bits. *g* The transition from creepy baby to Lex to Lionel was just--three generations of Luthors--YES! *hugs*

*sobs* Oh, the poor darling! Watching this, I so wanted to pull Lex away from BOTH his fucked-up parents and cuddle him back to equilibrium.

What a powerful vid, showing all the damage that has been done to Lex and the current precarious state of him. Beautifully edited and synched with the lyrics (I would never have thought of this as a SV song but now it will always be a Lex anthem to me.)

That was such a powerful vid, from the song choice - perfect for Lex's descent - to the images. I think my favorite part was the use of the typical Lionel as monster and Lillian as angel - and then the reversal of that trope. Because in many ways, Lillian was no better than Lionel. The almost doomed inevitability of Lex's fall, after all he's been put through. I loved it!

Thank you for the wonderful comments! I'm so happy you liked the vid. I think with Lionel and Lillian, the one is evil and the other was crazy, so how can Lex not become evil and a bit crazy? Yes, especially with all he's been through. The inevitablity of his fall breaks my heart, and I'm glad that came through for you.

Yes, most of it was WMM. I use Pinnacle Studio to do some effects, but it's still easier for me to put the whole thing together in WMM. In this one I used Studio for the overlays and I think that's it.
