I've been pretty happy that I haven't had a period since my surgery. I thought, really, it's too much to ask of a person that she have butt pain and cramps at the same time.

Well. Apparently not.

That's just what I did! I found out that my post-op pain medication works on cramps too, and I just slept most of the day yesterday. I'm feeling much better now.

I'm there with you, sister. Cramps are the icing on the cake when you already have other pain to deal with. So sorry.

Thank you. I'm feeling much better now. My cramps usually last for a day or so, so I just tried to stay unconscious for most the day yesterday. I'm about back to normal (with butt pain) today. :)
