This is a romantic Clex video. In fact, it's a Big Clex Romance Novel in video form. Many thanks to mkitty_03 and euphony_m for the betas and thanks so much to lapetite_kiki for the beautiful manips she did for the title sequence. I just can't get over what a wonderful job she did!

Just left click on one of the links. The first one is about 17MB (a little more dial up friendly) and the second is about 65MB (there's a lot of story in this vid!).

Here's a yousendit link for the small file, if the other links aren't working

This is the first song I ever wanted to vid. I've been working on it off and on for a couple of years--I just had to learn how to make videos so I could do it. I had a lot of fun making this vid--I hope you have fun watching it!

If you want to see more vids, they're in my memories.

I'm so glad those scenes worked for you. Those are two of the three scenes that took the longest time to get right, those two and the sex scene--multiple attempts and much tweaking.

you're making a lot of fangirls very happy! That makes it all worth it! *g*

Yeah, I have no idea how you managed the sex scene but it's so brilliantly convincing. I can't believe it didn't actually occur! *lol*

And having rewatched a few times now, I'm really struck by how well you've used canon moments to add support to your plot--like the 'from the first time we met until I take my dying breath' bit. That's actually straight out of canon, if you know what I mean. And you've cleverly used all those great moments like the fireworks and Clark choosing Lex in Shattered to such wonderful effect. I completely forget about the actual context those moments occurred when watching this. Yet, as I say, some moments are just as they are in the show--so it's very clever. Ok, I'm not making sense... I'll go back to just admiring. ;-)

LOL! Thank you! I know what you mean about the canon moments--when my niece was watching it and we got to the Romeo and Juliet balcony scene, she said, "That's from two different scenes, right?" I said, "No! That's from the same scene! They look at each other like that all the time!"

I love the intensity of their interactions. Some of the scenes I was able to pull right out of the show, others took some time and effort, but it's worth it to me. :) I wanted to keep the feeling of destiny and inevitability from canon, but just make it a much happier destiny.

Ha! Yes, the Romeo and Juliet was so perfect for fans, because we know that that actually occurred!

Just what I was trying to say! ;-)

I've had that song in my head all weekend!
