Thanks for the suggestion, ender. I've seen those on other LJs, but I wasn't sure how to do it. Do I just change the date when I make the entry?

you can simply use this entry

[ender24]

and go to edit, and there change the date.
when I do it with my layout (not sure how it will turn out for you), the place to change the date is at the top of the edit page.

its like this:
Date: September 10, 2009, 10:01 Edit

I click on edit , and then can future date the post.
