surgery

I'm having surgery on Monday, so wish me luck!

My sister died of ovarian cancer a few years ago, so my mom, my niece and I got tested for the BRCA gene that makes you more likely to have breast and ovarian cancer, and we all have it. I decided to have a hysterectomy/oophorectomy to avoid the ovarian cancer, and that will also make me less likely to have breast cancer.

This has been a weird year so far.

Ohh, good luck! This is the surgery I will be having next year (and that my buddy just had), but for vastly different reasons^^ Btw his went fine.
